For 10-13 year olds interested in being considered for a LeadNow training module, please send this application, along with  2 Social Influence Surveys (only 1 SIS can be completed by a family member). If this is for a 14-18 year old, please denote "LeadWell" on the 3rd blank below when mentioning the name of the club and trainer.  (Submit 2 SIS as well.) Submittal of these 3 documents is essential to be considered into a KidLead training program.

We’ll forward this info to the designated trainer in your area, who'll try to let you know within a week that they've received your application. KidLead believes in the value and strengths of all children. At the same time, we want to make sure that LeadNow training is right for your child and make sure that participants benefit each other, since this learning takes place in group settings. For specific fee info, please contact the person or agency sponsoring this training module and ask about possible scholarships if that would be important to you.
